The premiere Baltimore Leather Brotherhood that serves to promote the leather lifestyle and supports the community financially:

• We sponsor the annual Mr. Maryland Leather, bar nights, and other COMMAND-exclusive social events.
• We raise money and awareness for gay-related charities.
• We coordinate planning with:
• Brother Help Thyself (BHT) – a community based organization that provides financial and other support to non-profit organizations service the GLBTQ and HIV/AIDS community the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
• Atlantic Motorcycle Coordinating Council (AMCC) – An umbrella organization of leather motorcycle clubs in VA, MD, DE, PA, and NY.
• South East Conference of Clubs – An umbrella organization of clubs in VA, PA, MD, SC, NC, FL, and GA.
